Ken Jennings
**Ken Jennings**, Ph.D. is a leadership coach and a senior partner at VentureWorks, where he focuses on the effective execution of strategy. He is also a faculty member at the Bethel University School of Leadership. Jennings was previously a partner at Accenture, a venture capital advisor, and a military officer.
