When two boys trow biscuits into Foxy's terrier-tory, Jack knows something strange is going on. Why would boys throw away biscuits? jack uses jaw-rensic testing to discover that there is a biscuit thief in Doggeroo, and the dogs are being blamed! Soon Jack finds himself locked up.
