Configurations of cultural continuity

This book deals with sociocultural groupings that aim to pursue cultural continuity and relative stability of the group. The study centers around three main topics: life cycle societies; cultural adjustment movements; and secret societies which are present in various degrees of clarity in both the former two categories.
