Pope Francis, tradition in transition

"Rather than a biography of Pope Francis or complete chronicle of the early months of his pontificate, Pope Francis : Tradition in Transition is an attempt to capture some special moments and key issues at the heart of the transition from Pope Benedict XVI to Francis. This unexpected transition - how it has been carried out and what has resulted thus far - reveals something that is not only a special "Catholic event," but also a particular historical moment in a tradition in flux : a tradition that touches the contemporary world far beyond the borders of Rome and Roman Catholicism."--
