Chief for a day

A diverse group of exceptional students known as the Kid Council visit a fanciful world called Midlandia. It is a typical small town but also unique. Its inhabitants, called Midlandians, are animal-like in appearance, smart, skilled workers who face challenges every day. It is the job of the Kid Council members to help the Midlandians through these challenges.
