Sampler recipes representing each decade of cooking in the Sacramento region starting with the Ladies of Grace Church's "Sacramento Ladies' Kitchen Companion" (1872) and ending with recipes from Elaine Corn (1998). All recipes, especially from the earlier periods, retain the language and were not updated.
