Contemporary issues in corporate and competition law

The papers included in this volume were delivered at a conference in hounour of Professor Robert Baxt AO, sponsored by the University of New South Wales Business School and held at the Melbourne Law School, on 26 June 2018. That conference was held shortly after Professor Baxt's untimely death, and in what would have been his 80th year.
